With over 20 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to serving in high-needs turnaround schools. My roles have spanned from teacher to instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal. Currently, in my 6th year as a principal, following 6 years as an assistant principal, I have a proven track record of successfully turning around schools in collaboration with my staff and leadership team. My core competencies include professional development, data analysis, compliance and collaboration, and grant writing. This will be my second year as the proud Principal of Nocatee Elementary school and we are doing amazing things!
